Refund policy

Exchanges (Valid only for orders within Colombia)

At ISHO, you may request an exchange for any product purchased through our official channels within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or alteration, and in its original packaging. Used, damaged products or items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, please email info@ishostore.com with the subject line:
EXCHANGE + ORDER NUMBER, including the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reference of the new product. Our team will respond with the return address and shipping instructions.

Exchange Conditions and Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the item being returned.

  • Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, we will ship the new item or issue a store credit.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size or model is unavailable, a store credit valid for 6 months from the date the returned product is received will be issued.

  • If the new product has a lower price, ISHO will issue a store credit for the price difference, also valid for 6 months.

Please Note

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported immediately and must be unused in order to qualify for an exchange. Otherwise, ISHO will proceed with a repair, and no exchange will be granted.

  • If the exchange is requested after the 15-day period, or if the product is used, damaged, or missing its original packaging, ISHO reserves the right to deny the request. The product will be returned to the original shipping address.

  • If a second exchange is requested for the same order, ISHO reserves the right to approve or deny the request at its discretion.

Sale Items or Discount Code Purchases

Products purchased on promotion or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange.
However, in the case of a manufacturing defect, the warranty policy applies under the terms established below.


Right of Withdrawal (Colombia Only)

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Protection Law), you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 5 business days from the date of delivery, only if the purchase was made through our online store.

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or modification.

Shipping costs and any additional expenses related to the return must be covered by the customer.

To exercise this right, you must request the corresponding form by emailing info@ishostore.com. Once the product is received in proper condition, ISHO will refund 100% of the amount paid, without deductions, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, using the original payment method.


Warranty

ISHO products include a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. The product must be returned in clean condition.

Our team will evaluate each case to determine whether the defect is due to manufacturing or misuse. If the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, the customer will be informed, and repair costs will be fully covered by the customer.

If the warranty claim is approved:

  • The repair will be free of charge.

  • Shipping costs will be covered 50% by the customer and 50% by ISHO.

  • If the defect cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced.


Warranty for International Orders

For international purchases, exchanges due to size, color, or preference are not accepted.
Only manufacturing defect claims are eligible for warranty review.

The customer must cover the shipping costs to Bogotá, Colombia for product evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved, ISHO will cover the return shipping costs to the country of origin.
