The following conditions apply to promotions or discounts offered by Ishō exclusively through its online store. By making a purchase during this period, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Validity of promotions

  • Up to 60% discount on selected items, offer valid from February 11, 2026 until stocks last.

2. Purchasing channels

  • The offers are exclusive to the Ishō online store .

  • This does not apply to purchases made through WhatsApp or Instagram .

3. Discount conditions

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, price discounts, or shipping benefits.

  • Not valid with any other current promotion.

4. Exchanges and returns

  • Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return .

  • This includes requests for size, color, reference, or purchase decision.

5. Warranty

  • All products retain their legal warranty , applicable only for manufacturing defects and under Ishō's usual conditions.

6. Delivery times

  • Due to the high volume of purchases during the season, orders may take between 2 and 7 business days to be delivered.

7. Inventory availability

  • Offers are subject to inventory availability at the time of purchase.

  • Products cannot be reserved or set aside.
