By accessing, browsing, and/or making purchases at www.ishostore.com, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies governing the use of this website. Purpose of the Service

ISHO provides an online sales service for footwear, accessories, and related products through its digital platform. Any person who accesses or uses the website is considered a user and agrees to be bound by these Terms, as well as by the shipping, exchange, warranty, and return policies.

Prices and Promotions

All prices published in our online store are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), when applicable. The VAT amount will be itemized on the invoice issued at the time of shipment.

Prices may be modified at any time by ISHO without prior notice. Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to the specific conditions of each campaign and will be available for a limited time, at ISHO’s discretion.

The total amount payable will be indicated in the Purchase Order and will include:

  • The product price

  • VAT (if applicable)

  • Shipping costs, including applicable VAT (if applicable)

Domestic shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or any other charges imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Product Availability

All products offered are subject to inventory availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after a purchase has been completed, ISHO will inform the customer and offer the option to:

  • Wait for restocking

  • Exchange for another available product

  • Receive store credit

  • Request a refund

ISHO reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available per order or per customer if potential suspicious activity or unauthorized resale is detected.

Purchase Process

To make a purchase at www.ishostore.com, the customer must follow the steps established on the website: select products, enter personal and shipping information, and complete payment through the available payment gateways.

Once the process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with an order summary. ISHO reserves the right to reject or cancel any purchase if errors in the information are detected, inventory issues arise, payment is not verified, or misuse of the website is identified.

Intellectual Property

All content available on www.ishostore.com, including images, text, logos, designs, videos, databases, and source code, is the property of ISHO or its commercial partners. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any of these elements without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
