Domestic Shipping (Colombia)

ISHO Store ships throughout the entire Colombian territory.

Domestic Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is $17,000 COP, which will be automatically calculated at checkout once the destination city or location is selected.

Bogotá: up to 3 business days
Main cities: up to 7 business days
Intermediate cities: up to 10 business days
Remote municipalities and locations: up to 10 business days
Special orders and backorders: up to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external logistical conditions.

Free Shipping in Colombia

Orders of $650,000 COP or more, placed through our official digital channels (online store, Instagram, or WhatsApp), qualify for free shipping within Colombia.

This benefit does not apply to international shipments.

Package Inspection Upon Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the condition of the package.

If the package shows signs of being opened, damaged, or tampered with, the contents must be verified in the presence of the carrier.

In case of damage, incorrect items, or missing products:

Note the issue on the shipping carrier’s delivery receipt.
Return the package to the carrier.
Immediately notify info@ishostore.com, attaching photographic evidence if possible.

International Shipping

ISHO Store ships internationally through authorized logistics partners.

International Shipping Cost

The international shipping fee is $500,000 COP, or the equivalent amount in U.S. dollars or the customer’s local currency, based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

This fee will be charged at the time of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

ISHO Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import clearance processes in the destination country.

Taxes and Duties

Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
